Koeppel Rosen arranges 18,200 s/f lease for Industrious at 902 Broadway

Manhattan, NY Koeppel Rosen LLC, leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio, and stewards for a number of office properties, has arranged a new 18,200 s/f, long-term lease for Industrious at 902 Broadway.

Industrious will occupy the entire seventh floor at the property.

Max Koeppel, director of leasing for Koeppel Rosen, represented ownership in-house, while Justin Halpern and Edward Wartels of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated on behalf of Industrious.

“As companies continue to adapt to ever-evolving working styles and employee preferences, we’re seeing a resurgence of coworking providers leasing space in New York City,” said Koeppel.  “Industrious was looking for a space in a central, Midtown location that offered users access to transit, nearby recreation options, and building amenities, and 902 Broadway was a perfect fit.”

The company creates enriching experiences that foster productivity, collaboration, and community for individuals and teams of all sizes. Its spaces include dedicated offices, turnkey private suites, and on-demand access to coworking and meeting spaces.
