In her role at the firm, she will oversee the firm’s internal accounting, human resources, marketing, administration, learning & development and tax processing departments, and execute Janover’s strategic plan to continue to drive growth and profitability for the firm.

Koedding, a CPA, joins Janover with 28 years of professional experience that has encompassed both public and private accounting, and as an entrepreneur running her own consulting firm. Her expertise includes building upon a company’s ongoing financial and overall success, building businesses, departments and relationships.
