Berkadia Commercial Mortgage has expanded its New York City loan origination team with the addition of new hire, Yuri Kletsman. Kletsman, an experienced mortgage banker, is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans through Berkadia's diverse lending platforms. Kletsman joins Berkadia as a senior vice president and reports to senior vice president, branch manager Nick Cassino.
Berkadia is a leading approved lender for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD/FHA; a correspondent for insurance companies and other capital sources; and also offers proprietary fixed and floating-rate loan options.

Kletsman formerly was with Alliant Capital Group, where he originated commercial real estate loans through a variety of capital sources.
