Rye Brook, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, completed the retail lease-up of 215 South Ridge St.
The landlord and tenant was represented by Garry Klein, regional manager of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial. The tenant will be renovating and upgrading the2,511 s/f space to continue the use as a nail salon. This location is across from Rye Ridge Shopping Plaza with dozens of national retailers and medical offices.
