Klecar of Exit Realty Homeward Bound to lead team retained to excusively sell 317 Vestal Pwy. West

The Prism Commercial Team at Exit Realty Homeward Bound, lead by Karen Klecar, associate broker, has been retained to sell Hidy Ochiai's landmark Dojo. The "Dojo" at 317 Vestal Pwy. West, was designed by Hidy Ochiai, and it was originally built as a 6,200 s/f facility, with sauna and wood burning furnace. In 1976, an additional 3,600 s/f was added to its south side, along with a mezzanine. A new occupant will be able to take advantage of a free standing, wide span building with high ceilings and generous parking on a busy highway so much sought after today. Although the use will change, the well planned utility of the building will endure.
