Keith Kito, NKF

Melville, NY Keith Kito has joined Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) as an associate, bringing with him marketing and sales experience in real estate development for wireless communications facilities on Long Island.

Kito will work alongside executive vice president and managing director Chuck Tabone and managing director Daniel Gazzola, focusing on the exclusive representation of tenants and landlords in the Long Island office and industrial markets.

Prior to joining NKF, Kito was managing partner at his own firm, successfully growing the company’s client base, negotiating leases and coordinating the permitting process for the development and management of cell phone towers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in entrepreneurship and small business management, and a minor in finance from Quinnipiac University.

“Keith’s background at his own firm, gaining hands-on experience with the details of negotiations and permitting processes will be a great asset to our team,” said Tabone. “We’re happy to have him aboard and look forward to working alongside him in leveraging his special skillset.”
