King, Altschul and Condren of CPEX Real Estate broker 1,800 s/f lease

CPEX Real Estate has leased 1,800 s/f to Kumon Learning Centers at 8506-8508 4th Ave. in the Bay Ridge neighborhood. The lease was signed for five years with a five year option to renew. The brokers, Timothy King, Eric Altschul and Ryan Condren, marketed the property on behalf of the landlord, Pappas & Pappas. The tenant was represented by Marie Espinal of A+M Real Estate Advisory Partners. "We have a long relationship with the Pappas family and are pleased to have brought this high quality tenant to the Bay Ridge marketplace," said King, principal of CPEX Real Estate. Neighboring tenants include H&R Block, Sleepys, Century 21, Dunkin Donuts, Army Recruiting Center, New York Sports Club and Footlocker.
