Kinder of CK Realty Partners arranges $6.502 million bridge loan in S.C.

Christopher Kinder, president and founder CK Realty Partners, LLC arranged a $6.502 million bridge loan for the acquisition of a 280-unit, value-add apartment complex known as St. James Crossing. Kinder negotiated the loan for URS Capital Partners, a Long-Island based multifamily investor. The three-year, 5% fixed-rate loan was arranged with a national bridge lender that worked quickly to meet the buyer's closing time frame.
