Kimyagarov of Massey Knakal closes $1.075 million

A retail development site at 3200 Long Beach Rd., located between Weidner and Montgomery Aves., was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $1.075 million. The property consists of a one-story retail building and a single-family house. The retail building is 15,645 s/f and sits on a 26,000 s/f lot. The single-family house sits on a 5,000 s/f residential lot behind the retail building. There are 20 open air parking spaces. The sale price equates to $69 per s/f. Massey Knakal director of sales, Lev Kimyagarov exclusively handled this transaction. "Within just a few weeks of marketing, we had several all-cash offers which just shows that there is a great demand for this type of product," said Kimyagarov. Massey Knakal specializes in the sale of investment and user properties in the New York Metropolitan area. Since 2001, our agents have closed over 2,500 transactions, with an aggregate value exceeding $12 billion.
