Khodadadian of Skyline Properties facilitates $18 million sale on behalf of ML7 Construction & Design
Robert Khodadadian of Skyline Properties arranged the sale of two commercial condominiums at 72 Reade St.
Located in the Tribeca South historic district between Church St. and Broadway, the 32,000 s/f condominiums comprise the lower four levels of a seven-story mixed-use building. The property, which has been home to the Mackenzie Door Company for the last several decades, has 50 feet of road frontage on both Reade and Duane Sts.
The structure features a number of historic traits characteristic of classic Tribeca architecture including 18-Âfoot high ceilings with cast iron columns. Lower levels have 12-Âfoot ceilings and elevator access. The purchaser, ML7 Construction & Design, plans to develop the second floor into two residential loft condominiums that will each be 4,000 s/f.
Khodadadian represented the purchaser in the sale of the condominiums.
"We've already closed $36 million in deals this year. 2014 was a great year for us, but we're working hard to surpass those figures and continue to grow our business in 2015," said Khodadadian in regard to his company's success.
In light of his recent accomplishments, Khodadadian is rightfully optimistic about the future of Skyline Properties.
