Khakshoor, Fuchs, and Elharar of Rosewood Realty sell 2865 Third Ave. building for $6.3 million

Bronx, NY Rosewood Realty Group brokered the sale of 2865 Third Ave., located in the Melrose neighborhood. This mixed-use building consists of seven retail spaces and one free-market apartment totaling 20,512 s/f.

Originally built in 1920, the property sold for $6.3 million, reflecting a cap rate of 6.9%, at $307 per s/f.

The seller, Jenel Management, was represented by Ben Khakshoor, Alex Fuchs, and Reouven Elharar of Rosewood Realty Group. The buyer, David Yeroshalmi, were also represented by Rosewood.
