KeyPoint Partners awarded property management contract for the 667,478 s/f Latham Circle Mall
KeyPoint Partners, LLC, the Burlington, Mass.-based commercial real estate services firm, has been awarded the property management contract for Latham Circle Mall, according to Robert Lemons, the firm's managing partner.
The contract was awarded by Twenty-First Latham, LLC.
Latham Circle Mall is a 667,478 s/f enclosed mall on New Loudon Rd., a suburb of Albany. Tenants include JC Penney, Lowe's Home Improvement, Burlington Coat Factory, and Regal Cinemas.
KeyPoint Partners provides property, asset, and facilities management services for over 19.2 million s/f of retail, office and industrial properties in New England and the mid-Atlantic regions, and retail leasing services for properties totaling nearly six million s/f.
