
Manhattan, NY KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC) arranged a $17.7 million Fannie Mae first mortgage loan secured for Broadway Terrace, 131-unit garden style apartments located in New York City. Built in 1927, Broadway Terrace consists of eight, four-story residential buildings, located in Washington Heights and Fort George. The loan will be used for refinancing the existing debt.
Alan Isenstadt and John Ward of KBREC structured the loan for Meridian Capital.
