Kerwin and Abudi of GFI Realty broker $1.15 million sale

GFI Realty Services has completed the sale of 2528 Seventh Ave. in Harlem, for $1.15 million. The 7,360 s/f building consists of nine residential units and one retail store. All units are rent stabilized. Michael Kerwin and Roni Abudi, senior brokers at GFI, represented the seller, a local investor. Abudi also represented the buyer, an owner of several other properties in the area. "My client owned this property for an extensive period and was ready to reinvest his capital. We completed this transaction seamlessly, in just three months," said Kerwin. "The buyer intends to hold the building long-term and rent the store to a dependable tenant."
