Kennedy, Glasgall, Stoltz, and O'Meara of Houlihan Lawrence rank in Top .5% on Nationwide Broker Sales Poll

Four of Houlihan Lawrence's brokers have been named to the nationwide REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal Top Thousand list. Houlihan Lawrence agents Nancy Kennedy, Susy Glasgall, Sheila Stoltz and Joan O'Meara made the list based on their 2012 sales volume, showcasing the deep talent pool at the firm. Not only was she ranked on the Top Thousand list this year, but Susy was also #1 for single family homes sales by dollar volume in 2012 for all of Westchester County and has received this honor multiple times before. Additionally, Houlihan Lawrence has named Susy its overall top producer in Westchester on 10 separate occasions, and its top producer in Rye 20 different times. Sheila Stoltz is consistently recognized as a top realtor in both Bronxville and Westchester County. Her local expertise and data-driven market insights allow her to deliver the best service to her clients and maintain her top standing over the years.
