Kemm of Royal Properties brings Mekong District Restaurant to Main Street Promenade; 1,344 s/f lease

Nyack, NY According to Royal Properties, Inc., Mekong District, has opened at Main Street Promenade, 125 Main St. Jeanine Kemm handled this assignment on behalf of Royal Properties, Inc.

Mekong District, a Viet-inspired restaurant, signed a long-term lease for 1,344 s/f at Main Street Promenade. Mekong District is not your typical Vietnamese restaurant, chef Tai Nham brings influences from Asian and Western cuisines to spice up his non-traditional and authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Mekong District serves up dishes such as pho and grilled rice, sriracha edamame, coconut mussels and other inspirations.

“Mekong District is an excellent addition to Main Street Promenade and we are confident that Main Street Promenade will make the perfect home for their new location,” according to Kemm.

Main Street Promenade is located in a downtown market close to I-287/I-87. This center is surrounded by the largest municipal parking lot in the area and provides excellent signage.

Mekong District joined Nyack Fresh Market, Hudson Hair Co., Farina Caffe and Grace Nails.
