Kaufman, Gettler, and Gorman of New Street rep Mass. Life Insurance Co. in lease with Green Nature

According to New Street Realty Advisors, LLC, Green Nature Coffee House has leased 1,242 s/f at Riverbank West, located at 555 West 42nd St. Green Nature will join other retailers at the base of the building including 7-Eleven, Subway, The Pearl Theatre Company and Grand Cru Wine & Spirits. Riverbank West is a 418-unit residential high rise located at the northeast corner of West 42nd St. and 11th Ave. It is one of several large high-end residential or hotel buildings that have been developed in recent years in the area, including Silverstein's 1 Riverplace and Silver Towers, The Mima, Yotel, The Out Hotel, and The Atelier. Joshua Kaufman, Joshua Gettler and Matthew Gorman, of New Street Realty Advisors, acted on behalf of the landlord, Mass. Life Insurance Co. in the long term lease transaction with Green Nature Coffee House. New Street Realty Advisors, LLC is a New York City based real estate brokerage firm with niche focuses on retail leasing and investment sales.
