Kaufman, Gettler and Gorman of New Street Realty Advisors lease 1,825 s/f

According to New Street Realty Advisors, LLC, an Italian trattoria, Amarcord Restaurant, has leased 1,825 s/f of ground floor space at The Riverbank West, a 418-unit mixed-use building located in the boroughs Midtown West neighborhood. Amarcord will join other ground floor tenants at The Riverbank West including 7-Eleven, Subway, Green Nature Coffee, The Pearl Theatre Company and Grand Cru Wines & Spirits. Joshua Kaufman, Joshua Gettler and Matthew Gorman, of New Street Realty Advisors, acted on behalf of the landlord, Massachusetts Life Insurance Company in the long term lease transaction with Amarcord. "Amarcord will offer an upscale restaurant option for the growing demographics of residents, office workers and tourists in the area," said Kaufman. "The space shuttle Enterprise has help increased the foot traffic in the area," said Kaufman. New Street Realty Advisors has repositioned the blockfront of Eleventh Avenue between West 42nd and West 43rd Street with only one remaining space remaining. The term Amarcord is Italian for a nostalgic memory. The term relates to the restaurateur's fond memories of childhood, traveling and dining throughout Italy. New Street Realty Advisors, LLC is a New York City based real estate brokerage firm with a focus on leasing and investment sales in Manhattan.
