Kaufman and Raskob of Kaufman Org. broker three leases - 18,700 s/f

Steve Kaufman and Barbara Raskob of the Kaufman Organization, which specializes in leasing and managing office space, recently brokered three deals totaling 18,700 s/f in one month. * Silver Carrot, Inc. signed a one year renewal lease for 7,500 s/f of office space at 132 West 36th St. Kaufman and Raskob of the Kaufman Organization represented the landlord. * Park Ave. Brokerage & Bobud Associates, Inc. was joined in its current space by Algren Associates. The tenants jointly signed a 10-year lease for 5,600 s/f of office space, the entire 5th floor at 212 West 35th St. Raskob represented the tenant, while Kaufman represented the landlord. * Lawrence & Company signed a seven-year lease for 5,600 s/f of office space, the entire 9th floor at 212 West 35th St. Elliot Warren of Kaufman represented the tenant, while Kaufman and Raskob of Kaufman represented the landlord.
