Kaufman and Biller of the Kaufman Organization negotiate 3,751 s/f lease renewal

The Kaufman Org. brokered a seven-year, 3,751 s/f renewal lease at 370 Seventh Ave. for law firm Sinel & Associates. Michael Kaufman and Loren Biller of the Kaufman Org. represented the tenant while Randall Briskin of The Feil Org. represented the landlord. "We were happy to work with Sinel & Associates again for the lease renewal process. The location of the company's office is perfect as they have clients come from all over the city and tri-state," said Kaufman. Built in 1921 by Sommerfeld & Steckler Architects, 370 Seventh Ave. features entrances on West 30th St. and West 31st St. The 18-story, 334,400 s/f building offers tenants on-site management and 24/7 security and access. Also known as 7 Penn Plaza, the building is easily accessible by subway, the Long Island Rail Rd., and New Jersey Transit.
