Stony Brook, NY On behalf of the seller, Brian Katz, Jonathan Greenberg, and John Heretakis of Katz & Associates completed the sale of the former freestanding Party City at 205 Hallock Rd.
The sale price was $1.6 million.
The 1.16 acre property has been sold to Zucker Investment Group. The buyer was represented by Russel Helbling and Stu Fagen of Sabre Real Estate.
The deal closed on May 21, 2021.
