As a partner in an affiliated company, Giamo/Einsidler Real Estate Services, Kathy Giamo acted as the exclusive agent for the owner of 200 East Jericho Turnpike in the leasing of the property. Giamo is the former senior vice president and director of corporate and community development for Reckson Realty Corp., a New York Stock Exchange Real Estate Investment Trust.
