What organizations do you belong to and how have they impacted your business? I was told at a Floyd Wickman course a long time ago that "If you want to make money in real estate, you can't become a secret agent!" It is true, the more people you know, the more networks you belong to, the wider your sphere of influence, the better your chances that you make money in real estate. Here is the list: I am the past president of the Locust Valley Rotary Club, president of the Gold Coast Business Network, president of the Glen Cove Chamber of Commerce and past vice president of the Landing Pride Civic Association.
