Kaminsky joins Zelnik & Co. as director

According to Zelnik & Co. Real Estate, Douglas Kaminsky has joined as a director. Kaminsky, a real estate industry leader with more than a decade of experience, will be responsible for expanding the company's retail market presence representing owners and tenants throughout the Tri-State region. Prior to joining Zelnik & Co. Kaminsky managed national and regional development for some of the world's leading global and national brands including McDonald's, Chipotle and Dunkin' Donuts. Most recently, he served as a real estate manager for the Denver, CO-based Chipotle where he created and managed the company's metro New York market entry strategy. Kaminsky earned a bachelor of science degree in Speech Communications from the State University College at Oneonta. He is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Zelnik & Co. is a New York City-based real estate firm founded by retail executive, Cory Zelnik. The company provides comprehensive retail brokerage services throughout the Tri-State area. Widely-recognized for its hands-on approach, the firm's guiding principle is to deliver unparalleled real estate expertise to meet the diverse requirements of both Tenants and Owners of retail properties.
