Kalmon Dolgin signs 178,056 s/f in leases at Spring Mill Corporate Center

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates signed 178,056 s/f in new leases, lease renewals, and lease expansions at the Spring Mill Corporate Center, a class A office property, located at 1100 East Hector St. Among the new leases, Connolly Consulting committed to 17,993 s/f; MedTrack, Inc. took 1,849 s/f; and CXN leased 1,400 s/f. Additionally, two warehouse tenants signed large lease renewals, including National Label Co.'s 54,000 s/f and PaeTec Communications 31,591 s/f. David's Bridal represented the largest office space renewal with its 20,842 s/f commitment. Gabrielsen and Paul French, senior VPs at Binswanger, served as the exclusive leasing team representing both the owner and tenant directly in all leases unless otherwise noted. Spring Mill Corporate Center was acquired by an entity of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates in January 2007. Following a sweeping multi-million dollar capital improvement program in recent years, this landmark property has gained a reputation as one of the city's leading business destinations.
