Heat Makes Sense, Inc. inked a 10,000 s/f third-floor lease. Wadler represented the owner, Hoffman & Sons Realty, Inc, and Heat Makes Sense, Inc. in the transaction.
FJ International, Ltd., secured a 10,000 s/f space on the ground floor. Wadler negotiated on behalf of FJ International, Ltd. Unger and Klein represented Hoffman & Sons.
