Kallmerten of Brixmor brokers 2,067 s/f retail lease at Wallkill Plaza

Brixmor Property Group has executed a 2,067 s/f lease with Laptop Shack at Wallkill Plaza, located northwest of Interstate 84, on the southeast corner of Rte. 211 East and Carpenter Ave. Brixmor is the owner of Wallkill Plaza and was represented by Sam Kallmerten with Brixmor. Brixmor Property Group is the second largest owner of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the United States and has been a leader in redevelopment over the last decade. Brixmor was selected as one of Chain Store Age's Top Redevelopers for work completed during 2010/2011. As a comprehensive real estate company, it manages a national portfolio of 585 properties aggregating approximately 92.0 million square feet of gross leasable area, including 37 properties held through joint ventures. The portfolio is strategically located across 39 states and is primarily grocery or name-brand discount chain anchored. Brixmor is headquartered in New York, New York with multiple regional and local offices across the United States.
