Kahn, Scibilia and Hutcher of Cushman & Wakefield lease 20,600 s/f to Microsoft; For flagship store at 677 Fifth Avenue

According to Cushman & Wakefield, Microsoft Corp., the multinational developer, manufacturer, supporter and seller of computer software, consumer electronics, and personal computers and services, has inked a 20,600 s/f lease for their first area flagship store at 677 Fifth Ave. Microsoft will occupy the entire ground through fourth floors and a portion of the lower level at the building. Andrew Kahn, Jonathan Scibilia, and Jesse Hutcher of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, 677 Fifth Avenue Corp. Richard Hodos of CBRE represented Microsoft. "This is the perfect pairing of an iconic global brand with one of the best locations on Fifth Ave.," said Kahn, executive director of Cushman &Wakefield. "We are fortunate to have been involved in such a unique transaction that establishes a long term partnership while adding to the prestige of having a flagship store on Fifth Ave." Cushman & Wakefield is one of the world's largest privately-held commercial real estate services firms.
