Jungreis of Rosewood Realty Group sole broker in $10.5 million sale

Manhattan NY Rosewood Realty Group has completed the $10.5 million sale of 495 Amsterdam Ave. on the Upper West Side.

The 9,975 s/f five-story, mixed-use walk-up apartment building on the corner of West 84th St., features eight residential apartments and three retail spaces that include an electronics, spa and clothing store. 

All eight residential units have four bedrooms each. The building, which was built in 1900, sold for 15.5 times the current rent roll, at a 4.6% cap rate. The site also benefits from a 2B tax classification.

Aaron Jungreis of Rosewood was the sole broker in this transaction. The buyer was Rudd Realty Management. The seller was 162 West 84th Street Corp.
