Rosewood Realty Group has completed two deals totaling $15.218 million. The deals include the following:
* The sale of 900 Riverside Dr. in Washington Heights, Manhattan for $10.018 million. Aaron Jungreis, founder of Rosewood, represented the investor buyer and the seller, 900 Riverside Associates. The 93,184 s/f six-story, 1915 mixed-use apartment building (at West 161 St.) has 72 apartments, including one for the super in the basement. It also has two retail spaces; one with grocery store and one vacant.
* The $5.2 million sale of 2505 Bedford Ave. in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Jungreis, represented the buyer and the seller, 2505 Bedford LLC in the sale of the six-story elevator apartment building featuring 48 apartments. The 37,920 s/f building was built in 1931.
Rosewood Realty is a boutique commercial brokerage firm that focuses on sales in multifamily, retail and office properties largely in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The firm ended 2011 with over $600 million in over 50 closed deals and was recently named one of the top 10 "Power Sales Brokerage Firms" for sales completed in 2011.
This year, Rosewood - which has already closed over 30 deals - is on track to beat last year with an estimated 100 deals worth over $1 billion.
