John and Ann MacAffer of CBRE/Albany sell 22,646 s/f building for $1.34 million
CB Richard Ellis/Albany has completed the sale of 430 New Karner Rd. John MacAffer and Ann MacAffer, CCIM of CB Richard Ellis/Albany represented the sellers, GLT Holdings. Capital District Celtic Hall Association purchased the building. This 22,646 s/f building sits on 2.21 acres. The property transferred for $1.34 million.
