JLL’s national self-storage team sells 557-unit Go Store It Nyack self-storage facility

Nyack, NY JLL Capital Markets arranged the sale of Go Store It Nyack, a 557-unit self-storage facility.

JLL’s national self-storage team represented the seller, Go Store It, and procured the buyer, Storage Post Self-Storage.

Go Store It Nyack is located at 92 Rte. 59 in an affluent, renter-heavy community in New York’s Lower Hudson Valley region. The property is positioned along a commercial corridor with visibility and is off I-287, about 25 miles north of Midtown Manhattan.

Originally built in 1996, the property totals 557 units and has consistently seen strong renter demand. Currently, the property is 87% occupied.
