JLL completes two Brooklyn sales totaling $11.6 million

Brooklyn, NY JLL has arranged two sales totaling $11.6 million.

In the first deal, JLL’s Brendan Maddigan and Stephen Palmese, vice chairmen; Winfield Clifford, Ethan Stanton, Michael Mazzara, managing directors; and Patrick Madigan, vice president, represented the seller in the $8.5 million sale of 157-159 Wythe Ave. The deal includes two mixed-use buildings totaling 8,494 s/f in the same tax lot in North Williamsburg. The property was sold to The Mann Group, who represented themselve.

In the second deal, Maddigan,  Palmese, Clifford, Stanton, Mazzara, and Michael Lipman, associate of JLL, represented the buyer in the $3.1 million sale of 196 Smith St. The 4,500 s/f mixed-use building is located in Cobble Hill. Sam Chiu of Chiu & Associates represented the seller.
