JLL completes 294,000 s/f in leases at 875 Third Ave.

Manhattan, NY JLL has completed three leases for Global Holdings Management Group at 875 Third Ave. Craig Panzirer, senior vice president, director of leasing, represented Global Holdings Management Group.

• Deutsche Bank’s asset management arm, DWS Group will occupy 82,000 s/f on floors 25, 26 and 27. DWS Group was represented by Peter Riguardi, chairman and president NY tri-state region; Ken Siegel, international director; Michael Berg, managing director, and Jeff Szczapa, regional director with JLL.

• Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. will occupy 80,000 s/f–three full floors. Epstein Becker & Green was represented by Jeffrey Peck, vice chairman, and Dan Horowitz, vice chairman, at Savills Studley. 

• Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. has signed a renewal and expansion lease, increasing from 119,000 to 132,000 s/f. Cerberus Capital Management was represented by David Falk, president New York tri-state region, Eric Cagner, senior managing director, and Jason Greenstein, senior managing director, with Newmark Knight Frank.  

875 Third Ave. was represented by Paul Glickman, vice chairman, Diana Biasotti, senior vice president, and Harley Dalton, vice president, with JLL.
