JF Real Estate brokers four Syracuse leases totaling 55,738 s/f

JF Real Estate, Inc. has arranged the following four leases totaling 55,738 s/f: * Charles Sangster, senior VP, and Len Brown, sales manager of JF Real Estate, exclusively represented Sugarman Law Firm, LLP in securing 26,000 s/f in the Jefferson Clinton Commons Development currently under construction. Sugarman will occupy 20,000 s/f in the spring of 2009 when the building is expected to be completed. * Valu Home Centers has opened its second location in the area, taking up the remaining 25,000 s/f of vacancy at Airport Plaza next to P&C. Dylan Bruns of JF Real Estate, who serves as Valu Home Center's tenant representative broker, put the deal together with Monique Ward of Adirondack Realty Consultants. * PMA Insurance Company recently expanded into an additional 3,938 s/f of space at their existing location at 5789 Widewaters Pwy., Dewitt. PMA now occupies 17,000 s/f in the building. Brown represented the landlord. * Taylor Sturtz leased 800 s/f for three years at 1855 W. Fayette St. on Tipp Hill. Taylor's Barber Shop will be servicing haircuts for men. Rick Policastro from JF Real Estate was the leasing agent.
