Jehle of Arbor originates a $3.775 million loan for the 348-unit Winfield Village

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC has funded a $3.775 million loan under the Fannie Mae DUS Multifamily Affordable Housing product line for the 348-unit complex known as Winfield Village Cooperative. The 30-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 7.48%. The loan was originated by Michael Jehle, Midwest regional director, in Arbor's full-service Bloomfield Hills, MI lending office. "The members of Winfield Village Cooperative will see significant improvements to their property through this new loan with Arbor," said Jehle. "They were especially pleased with their long-term, low fixed-rate loan."
