Hauppauge, NY Jack Jawdat of New York Commercial Real Estate (NYCRE) has completed the sale of a Claremont Builders’ property at 1300 Veterans Memorial Hwy. for $3.3 million in cash by a private investor.  The office building, located north of Motor Pwy. had no major obstacles other than the renewal of some existing leases, including medical and professional businesses.

“We have seen more buyers in the market than in recent years,” said Jawdat. “Investors have realized that commercial real estate is a much better vehicle for investment than any other revenue.”
