Janover promotes Zingalli, Carrabs and Bader

New York, NY Janover LLC, one of the New York region’s leading public accounting firms, has promoted three senior managers, Christopher Zingalli, CPA, Gianluca Carrabs, CPA and Richard Bader, CPA to principal.

Zingalli spearheads many of the firm’s consulting offerings that include Digital Advisory Solutions which focuses on providing clients customized business intelligence analytics dashboards to improve reporting and help gain valuable insights into their businesses’ operational and financial data. Additionally, Zingalli leads a process improvement offering whereby he and Janover team members take steps to assist clients in developing more effective and efficient internal reporting with the goal of eliminating clients’ biggest pain points in their reporting processes.

Zingalli earned a B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University and received a Master of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business. Zingalli is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accounts, currently serving as chair of the Technology Assurance Committee.  Zingalli is also a member of Janover’s Assurance & Consulting practices as well as the firm’s Cannabis Practice group, where he contributes to the development of multi-vertical financial models for clients as part of their cannabis license application process.

Carrabs specializes in tax compliance, consulting & planning, succession planning, dealing with tax authorities, and multi-state taxation, among others. His experience spans across several industries including manufacturing and distribution, retail, real estate, construction, food & beverage, middle market & closely held businesses, and high net worth individuals. Carrabs has been called upon to speak on the topic of tax matters to several professional societies.

Carrabs received his Master of Science in Taxation and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY at Old Westbury. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).  Gianluca is also a member of Janover’s Tax Practice Committee.

Bader leads the firm’s Trust and Estate practice and is a member of the firm’s Wealth Advisory practice.  Rich best serves the firm’s high net worth clients and advises them on creating holistic financial solutions to meet their multi-generational wealth transfer and succession planning needs. He collaborates with his clients’ other professional advisors during the planning process to make sure the estate plan gets implemented and monitored properly. Bader is a trusted financial advisor to a broad range of individuals and families and has extensive experience specializing in income and estate tax planning and compliance for family offices, closely held businesses, and their owners.

Bader earned his BS in accounting from the University of Delaware and received a Master’s of Science in taxation from American University. He is the current chair of the Trust and Estate Administration Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs and serves on the board of the Estate Planning Council of New York City. Bader is also a member of the Financial Planning Association of Metro NY, Young Benefactors group of the First Tee of New York and the Personal Financial Planning and the Estate Planning Committees of the New York State Society of CPAs.
