What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010? While we closed quite a number of commercial mortgage loans for our bank clients as well as several substantial leasing transactions, our most notable "feel good" project was the successful negotiation of a residential mortgage loan re-structuring that enabled an elderly widower to keep his home that otherwise would have been lost in foreclosure. When I'm not wearing my pin-striped suit, I make sure I spend as much time as possible connecting with family and friends, cooking, riding horses, painting, reading and traveling.
