Michael James, vice president of NorthMarq Capital's upstate New York Regional office, arranged first mortgage financing in the amount of $1.406 million for a Walgreens Pharmacy located 3564 Delaware Ave. at Sheridan Dr. The subject property consists of 14,550 s/f of retail space. Financing was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its correspondent relationship with Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.
