James of NorthMarq Capital arranges $4.5 million mortgage for Watertown Medical Building
Michael James, vice president of NorthMarq Capital's (NorthMarq) Upstate New York Regional, arranged first mortgage financing of $4.5 million for Watertown Medical Building, a 47,500 s/f medical office building located at 826 Washington St.
Financing was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its correspondent relationship with Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. James said, "Sun Life and the borrower continued a long-standing relationship with the funding of this loan."
