Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered a six-year, 7,200 s/f renewal at 148 West 37th St. for Garnietex International. "Garnietex International has remained very successful over the years and the company is pleased with its current full floor of showroom and office space at 148 West 37th St., a prime location among many of New York City's most prominent fashion companies," said James Buslik, principal of Adams & Co. "As the company continues to grow, we look forward to having them at the building for many more years to come." James Buslik and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord, Fashion Associate. Built in 1924, this 14-story, 105,600 s/f building has 24-hour access, features new windows throughout and is located in the Garment District. Notable tenants include Angel Sanchez, Valentine USA, and the Horticultural Society of New York. Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC is among the top five leasing companies in New York City, as measured by total square feet.
