
Manhattan, NY TADA Youth Theater, a non-profit drama program for teens and young adults, has chosen to stay in its 10,000 s/f space with the renewal of a five-year lease at 15 West 28th St. in the NoMad neighborhood.
The community program that produces original musicals for family audiences and hosts musical classes, has been located in the building since 2002.
“TADA loves the space they have called home for so long,” said Josh Berger, vice president at Norman Bobrow & Co. who represented TADA Youth Theater. “The building’s layout on the second and third floor, is a perfect place to serve their present and future needs.”
The building, owned by East Coast Management, has an asking rent of $50 per s/f. The landlord was represented in-house by David Eshagpour.
