Itzhaki Properties completes two sales totaling $5.895 million; Includes a $4.795 million Brooklyn sale by Glasman and Cohen
Itzhaki Properties has brokered two area sales totaling $5.895 million.
The first deal was the $4.795 million sale of 146 Montague St., a five-story, mixed-use building comprised of eight apartments, one ground floor retail space, and one commercial unit. It is located on a retail block in Brooklyn Heights, and Verizon Wireless occupies the ground floor retail space. Isaac Glasman and Ofer Cohen of Itzhaki Props. represented the buyer and seller.
The second deal was the $1.1 million sale of 482-488 Seneca Ave. in Queens, an 8,750 s/f vacant warehouse with 50' of frontage. Located in the Ridgewood section, the site boasts 6,272 s/f of available development rights with a total buildable of 15,022 s/f. Itzhaki Props. broker Shay Zach represented the buyer and seller.
