It's not too late to register: "Financial Analysis" Sept. 23

By John Lavelle Board Meeting The NYSCAR board of governors will hold their annual meeting on September 28 at Turning Stone Resort & Casino, Verona, N.Y. The annual elections will be held during the meeting. It's not too late to register! Financial Analysis and Lease Terms Negotiations With Fall almost here it is a good time to take some commercial education. We are fortunate to have Joseph Larkin, CCIM, SIOR coming to Albany to instruct the Financial Analysis and Lease Terms Negotiations Course, sponsored by NYSCAR in cooperation with the Greater Capital Chapter of NYSCAR, CIREB and the Upstate CCIM chapter. The course will be held on September 23 at the Greater Capital Association of Realtors offices in Albany, N.Y. This one-day course will cover the calculation of "cost of occupancy" to the tenant as well as economic measurements for the tenant to make an informed decision.
