Israeloff, Trattner ranked one of the top providers of accounting services by the New York Law Journal

Garden City, NY Israeloff, Trattner & Co., CPAs, PC has been ranked one of the top providers of accounting services by the readers of the New York Law Journal in their 2015 Reader Rankings.  When all of the votes were tallied, the firm was named:

• Number One Bankruptcy Valuation Provider

• Number Two Business Accounting Provider

• Number Two Litigation Valuation Provider

• Number Three Forensic Accounting Provider

Israeloff, Trattner & Co. was one of only three regional accounting firms to be named among the top three providers in any sub-category within the Accounting/Banking/Financial Services/Insurance category.

The results of the 2015 New York Law Journal Rankings Survey were announced on September 16th.  There were over 8,400 ballots cast in over 100 categories by lawyers and legal professionals through an on-line ballot. Only legitimate end users were eligible to vote with votes by non-legal professionals disqualified.  Published since 2010,Israeloff, Trattner has consistently ranked one of the top three providers in the NYLJ Reader Rankings in their categories.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
