Ismael Leyva Architects designs office building in Veracruz–21-story tower

Veracruz, Mexico Ismael Leyva, AIA, he has designed a building in his hometown, also called Torre Las Americas, an office tower. Leyva, with over 60 projects in the tristate area, has returned to his hometown to showcase his design style and architectural vision.

The building, developed by Inmobiliaria y Constructora Coral S.A de CV, will be completed in the second quarter of 2016.

The 21-story Torre Las Americas spans 172,000 s/f and features two levels of commercial space, five levels of parking with three parking levels screened by a vertical garden and 16-floors of office space with panoramic views of the city.

“I am proud to contribute to Veracruz’s skyline with this dynamic design for the thriving domestic and international business hub that Veracruz, Mexico has become” stated Ismael Leyva, president of Ismael Leyva Architects.
