Island Assocs. brokers two long-term lease extensions at Strathmore Commons

Middle Island, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated a long-term lease extension with FuRong Chinese Restaurant for the 3,180 s/f they occupy at Strathmore Commons.  FuRong has been a tenant for over 20 years at Strathmore Commons operating as a table service and take-out Chinese Restaurant. The tenant has agreed to terms for a long-term lease extension so they can continue to serve the community.

Delisle also negotiated a long-term lease extension with Middle Island Physical Therapy for the 3,000 s/f they occupy at Strathmore Common. Middle Island Physical Therapy has been providing physical therapy services to the local community from this location since 1999. The lease extension will allow the team at Middle Island Physical Therapy to continue to service the community.
