Island Associates has brokered the 1,600 s/f lease to Tropical Smoothie in The Village Commons Shopping Center. The 10-year lease has an aggregate value of $320,000. This is Tropical Smoothie's 10th location on Long Island. Island Associates exclusively represents Tropical Smoothie on Long Island. Island Associates is a full service commercial brokerage firm located in Smithtown, NY.
