Island Associates completes two leases: 1,800 s/f total

West Babylon NY Island Associates negotiated two lease agreements for retail space at 369 Little East Neck Rd. in West Babylon and 377 Oak St., in Copiague. Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant in both leases.

Nicole Harris Hair Salon entered a lease agreement for 900 s/f at 369 Little East Neck Rd. on a long-term lease. This is a relocation of an existing hair salon from another nearby property. Nicole Harris joins co-tenants Crunch Fitness, Energy Fuel Kitchen and others.

Milan Barber Shop entered a long-term lease for 900 s/f at 377 Oak St. Milan Barber Shop joins Infinity Deli, Rosita’s Bakery and other co-tenants at the 6300 sq/ft shopping center.

Island Associates represented the landlord and tenant in both leases.
